Delivery Policy

How long before you receive your purchase?

Most items are dispatched same day or within 1-3 days.

Delivery time will depend on your location, most items will be delivered with 5-7 days to most areas and 7-14 days nationwide.

What happens if you haven't received your product?

If you have not received your items within 14 Days and we have not contacted you:

1. Your item may be awaiting collection at your post office or depot. You will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Contact us at: support@boltlock.com.au and include your invoice number or order number

Click and Collect

If you order and pay online through the BOLT Lock Australia Website, we are offering Free In Store Pick-Up from one of our "Stockist or Click and Collect Locations". Your order will be available the following day in store and someone from the store will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

You don't have to do anything at the check-out, the click and collect option will appear automatically within the "Select your Delivery" Option. If you don't wish to receive Free In Store Pick-Up from one of BOLT Lock Australia Stockist or Click and Collect Locations, we are still able to deliver your order via Australia Post or Hunters Express.

If you aren't able to see a "Free Click and Collect" Option in the "Select your Delivery Method", this means you are outside the areas these locations operate.

Order Lookup

To find out the status of your order please login and find your order under your account details or you can you the BOLT Lock Australia Order Lookup.

To lookup or view orders to confirm order status. This can be used to confirm customer Click and Collect information or Delivery Status. Please Note you will need the order number and email address of the order to lookup the details. This search doesn't allow access to the account holder details or other account holder orders.

The "Invoice Number" and "Delivery Details" including "Click and Collect Pick-Up Details" will be emailed to you, please advise the store at pickup of your "Invoice Number" and "Email Address" for confirmation of pickup.
